The Michigan parole board has reversed its decision to parolee Floyd Jarvi, after an appeal filed by Michigans AG, Dana Nessel. Judge Suzanne Geddis, of Livingston County Circuit Court had granted Nessels emergency stay of enforcement until the appeal hearing could be conducted. Jarvi pleaded no contest in the 19-93 assault, rape & kidnapping of Wendy Jo Morrison. He was sentenced to 26-60 years.
