The daughter of a nursing home patient in St. Louis has been charged with stealing from him after being appointed his guardian. Attorney General Dana Nessel has charged 40 year old Tanya Patterson with (1) count of Embezzlment from a vulnerable adult which is a felony punishable by up to (5) years in prison.
