A Federal grand jury last Thursday indicted Anthony Demasi with attempting to take out credit cards from (3) different banks using the ID of (3) different people, without their consent, here in Isabella County. He was formally charged with (3) counts of bank fraud, which carries up to (30) years in prison and (3) counts of ID theft, carrying an additional (2) years.
