A 45 year old man from Lorain, OH, is now headed to trail on allegations he raped a child in Isabella Co, within the last 16 years. David Alan Heatley was bound over to circuit court last Thursday on (2) counts of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct involving someone younger than (13) and (4) counts of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct involving someone younger than (13). If convicted he could spend the rest of his life behind bars.
