An Oakland Co man is in prison for attacking his fiancé with a chainsaw, dragging her through a fire & kicking her in Clare Co. 51 year old Robert Joseph Presley, who was on probation or other crimes, was originally charged with attempted murder & torture, plead to lesser assault charges last April.
