Two passengers aboard an Ithaca school bus are alleging that the school district & the bus driver acted negligently during the rollover crash that happened on US-127 last March 2nd. The 2 minors, represented in the suit by a non-fault adult, were injured in the crash. The lawsuit was filed in early October. Both the district & the driver of the bus were named as defendants in the suit brought on behalf of the plaintiffs by Geoffrey Feiger.
