The man who shot at Alma police officers more than 18 months ago has been bound over for trial. 29 year old Tyler Moreno, faces 18 original charges, including (3) counts of attempted murder, stemming from the incident on Oct 18th 2021. In addition, County Prosecutor, Keith Kushipn has added a charge of being a habitual offender, 3rd offense, due to (2) prior felony convictions. Also, while incarcerated, Mereno was charged with assault of a prison employee and attempting to disarm a police officer. He plead not guilty during his preliminary hearing last month.
