After her first year on the job, Isabella County’s Board of Commissioners administrator, Nicole Frost has received an outstanding evaluation as a dependable, punctual employee with integrity, an effective communicator while demonstrating strength as a leader. She wasn’t in attendance at the eval, and was also said her approach on her job could be taken more creatively.
