A Midland man charged with seven counts of criminal sexual conduct is heading to court after standing mute at his probable cause hearing and waiving his preliminary exam hearing. 39 year old Steven Eastman, was bound to the higher court Tuesday per court records. He remains in the Midland County Jail without bond. He was arrested after a student told a Midland school resource officer that she was being sexually assaulted.
