A 45 year old man from Lorain, OH potentially faces life in prison after being charged twice with raping a child. David Alan Heatley was charged in Isabella County Trial court yesterday with 2 counts of 1st degree criminal sexual conducts involving a victim less than 13 years of age. He’s previously known to have lived in Harrison & Clare. MI & the alleged incidents took place btwn 2006 & 2013!
