The city of Alma has delayed implementing a revised ordinance that would provide rules for the establishment and regulation of recreational marijuana within the city. City commissioners determined a bit more tweaking was needed in the proposed ordinance before it could move forward. Nobody offered any objections for permitting recreational marijuana facilities to operate in the city, during the hearing.
