Shepherd Public Schools are making plans for utilizing the Morey Education Center after the property was transferred to them.  The district has been considering adding more educational opportunities for the area. Superintendent Terry Starr says questions have also arisen about space to house the pre-school as well as opportunities to alleviate facility challenges as it pertains to useful instructional space.
