Owner of China Garden buys a defunct local restaurant building

The owner of China Garden has purchased the building that was home to Pizza Hut, on Mission, last Thursday. The land where Pizza Hut was, was valued at $460,000 when the property was assessed in 2021. No word on what will go into the old building, as of today.
