Gov Whitmer announced nine major road projects that should be starting this week. Mecosta is one of the counties on the list, which includes a rebuilding of US-131. Gov Whitmer said “we are fixing the damn roads to save drivers time & money!” Mackinac, Cheboygan, & Manistee are the other counties in our area who will see the roadwork completed!
