The Humane Society of Midland County partnered with the Bissell Pet Foundation to rescue 42 puppies from south Texas. The pups arrived on Tuesday & are settling in. They are now available for adoption, on a first come, first serve basis…The Society also says they will not hold any pups, of any kind, for any reason.
