A 36-year-old wanted man, who was caught in Clare County last week, was formally charged Thursday. Jonah Reed Vaughn beat a K-9 officer before being tasered by police and arrested. Vaughn is from Wisconsin and was wanted for ramming a police vehicle after a traffic stop in McBain and driving off.
