Troopers from the Mount Pleasant State Police Post arrested a 61-year-old man from Clare for weapon offenses during an investigation in Clare County. Friday, troopers arrested the man following a well-being check in a parking lot when they saw him passed out, intoxicated in the front passenger seat of a vehicle with loaded guns and ammunition. The guns were not registered.
