Looks like things are about to get interesting in Tracy Morgan’s divorce. As we told you, he and his wife, Megan Wollover, are splitting after five years of marriage. They said, “I do,” 14 months after his near-fatal car crash.
In the paperwork Megan submitted, she cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. She wants the alimony that she and Tracy agreed upon in their prenuptial agreement. However, she’s asking for full physical and legal custody of their seven-year-old daughter, Maven. She also wants him to pay child support and her legal fees.
Meanwhile, Tracy wants joint legal and shared residential custody of the child. He also wants the court to allocate parenting time in the baby’s best interests.
