A 30-year-old Michigan man was arrested after he allegedly assaulted and strangled a woman. It happened Wednesday evening in Broomfield Township. When police arrived they witnessed an intoxicated man who had just assaulted & strangled the lady. The suspect took the phone from the victim when she tried to call for help. The suspect was arrested for felony domestic violence, assault by strangulation, and interfering with electronic communications.
