Tamar Braxton is awake and alert after her reported suicide attempt. In case you missed it, her boyfriend, David, found her unresponsive last week after allegedly overdosing on prescription medication. Now she’s up and talking about what led to the situation.
The reality star apparently suffered a rough couple of days prior to landing in the hospital. She’d written a scathing letter to the WeTV executives where she compared the network executives to “cruel White slave masters who once chained our forefathers.” Also, she blamed them for wrecking the Braxton family by turning them from a “once happy” group to one that “fight with each other, betray each other, and now we’re physically assaulting each other.”
Apparently Tamar was taken to the nearest hospital at the time. Now she’s been transferred to a facility that can address her mental health issues.
