State police say alcohol is believed to have played a role in last week’s head-on crash that left a state trooper in critical condition. It happened in Boston Township, Friday night. Reports say a woman, driving a Jeep, from Utah, crossed the center line & hit his patrol car, head on..nearly crumpling the entire front end. The trooper had to be carefully removed from the car & airlifted to the hospital, where he remains in critical condition, this morning.
