A woman is dead after a crash in Mecosta County Thursday morning. Deputies say a car crossed into the path of an oncoming pickup. The car’s driver, Shannon Lucas of Paris, later died from her injuries. A child was in the car and was taken to the hospital. The pickup driver had minor injuries.
