Sgt. Aaron Miller with the Clare County Sheriff’s Office is being sued in open court, accused of violating a man’s Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment protections by tasering him while in restraints. The lawsuit also accuses the deputy of escalating the conflict and that corrections officers at the jail of holding Byron Clemons down. The lawsuit was filed in May.
