There’s trouble in paradise again for Hayden Panettiere. The star’s boyfriend Brian Hickerson was arrested again – just in time for Valentine’s Day – after a fight where he reportedly punched her in the face.
According to docs obtained by “TMZ,” authorities in Teton County, Wyoming responded to a report of a disturbance in Jackson. There, they found an “intoxicated male” – Hickerson – was locked out of the home because he punched his girlfriend – Panettiere – in the face. Apparently, he avoided answering questions about the alleged punch, but noted that he hired a private chef to avoid any “BS” accusations.
About that chef… cops spoke to the guy on the phone, and he claimed to witness the couple arguing earlier that night. He left around 1am, a little more than an hour before Hickerson was arrested. Even if the chef didn’t see things get physical, cops reportedly noticed evidence of an altercation on Panettiere’s face and hands.
