Drew Carey’s Ex-Fiance Is Murdered – The woman who almost became Mrs. Drew Carey has died after a fall from a building.
Dr. Amie Hardwick, a sex therapist, apparently fell during an attack by an ex-boyfriend. Police say she had a restraining order against the man and it recently ended. She then saw him and it may have led to him going to her apartment where the assault allegedly took place. She was pronounced dead on arrival at a local hospital.
The man has been arrested. Carey and Hardwick started dating in 2017 and were engaged in early 2018, they split less than a year later.
