As we previously told you, rumors claimed Billie Eilish has been chosen to record the theme for the next Bond movie, and now those rumors have been confirmed.
Billie first teased the news by sharing photos of iconic Bond girls on Instagram, and then finally spilled the beans on the social media site. The movie’s producers later confirmed that Billie and her brother/producer Finneas have writen the theme song for “No Time To Die,” making Billie at 18, the youngest artist ever to record a Bond theme.
- “It feels crazy to be a part of this in every way,” Billie shares. “To be able to score the theme song to a film that is part of such a legendary series is a huge honor. James Bond is the coolest film franchise ever to exist. I’m still in shock.”
- Finneas adds, “Writing the theme song for a Bond film is something we’ve been dreaming about doing our entire lives…We feel so so lucky to play a small role in such a legendary franchise, long live 007.”
“A Time To Die” is due in theaters April 8th.
