**Two people have been identified in a murder -suicide that occurred in Clare County Sunday. The suspect was identified as 35 year old Frazer Bartel and the victim was identified as 27 year old Nicole Bartel, both from Harrison. Five children were inside the house at the time of the shootings but were unharmed.
