Midland has been ranked as the third most dynamic metropolitan city in the country, coming in just behind Midland, Texas, and San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara, California. Walton Family Foundation released “The Most Dynamic Metropolitans” report which ranked the economic performance of 379 metropolitan areas in the country.
