Looks like 3 strikes and workers are out..of tip money anyway. A person, caught on video, walked into Pisanellos Pizza in downtown Mt Pleasant and swiped the tip jar from the counter. This is the third time this has happened. About $45 was taken. No one has been arrested yet for the crime and the tip jar will now be locked up.
