A WINTER STORM WARNING is in effect from 1am-7pm Monday (1/28/19)! Expect 8-12″ of snow accumulation (locally higher amounts likely) for Mid-Michigan. Monday morning temps will be between 15-20 below zero!  Bundle up. Exposed skin could turn to frostbite within 30 minutes (or less). Traveling on roadways will be very difficult, if not, impossible during the Warning time.
