A man who has spent more than 20 years in prison, is now a free man, after a judge erased his conviction for sexually assaulting a child. Kevin Lackey, of Wayne Co’s, case, was thrown out, after concluding it was based on unreliable evidence from a police tracking dog, in 1993. Mr. Lackey could be eligible for compensation, from the state.
