Johnny Depp was sued by two of his former bodyguards back in May. Eugene Arreola and Miguel Sanchez claimed that, although they initially enjoyed working for the actor, they were suing him due to a toxic atmosphere, wrongful termination and “significant unpaid wages.”

Now, they’ve reportedly reached a settlement, although the terms of the settlement haven’t been revealed. According to court docs obtained by E! News, the actor “reached a conditional settlement which settles and resolved the entire matter as to each defendant and each plaintiff.”

What the documents do spill is that the guards had more complaints, claiming they were “exposed to unsafe working conditions” on top of being “essentially used as babysitters and chauffeurs for Depp, his children and his entourage.”
