Kevin Spacey spent about ten minutes in a Massachusetts courtroom yesterday to answer to a felony charge of indecent assault and battery stemming from a groping allegation from an 18-year-old boy. His lawyer entered a not guilty plea on his behalf.
Judge Thomas Barrett ordered the actor – whose legal name is Kevin S. Fowler – not to contact the alleged victim. He’s due back in court on March 4th.
Meanwhile, Spacey couldn’t even make it back to his home before he got into more trouble with the law. He was driving home from Reagan National Airport in Washington, DC when he got pulled over for speeding. Fortunately, the cop let him off with just a warning.
