The parents of a CMU student who was killed in a hit-and-run are asking for help to solve the case. Ryan Tsatsos of Macomb County was hit and killed as he walked near Central Michigan University Halloween night in 2015. His mother, made a public appeal to the driver this week, saying “Don’t be fearful. … Come forward. Relieve the pressure.”
