Janet Jackson has accomplished a lot in her career. She can now add global icon to the list of her accomplishments. Janet will accept MTV’s Global Icon honor at the upcoming European Music Awards in Spain on November 4th. She is also set to perform during the evening and will run through a number of her greatest hits.
Janet is one of the best-selling artists of all time and has won six Grammys and seven American Music Awards, as well as receiving Oscar and Golden Globe nominations, as well as two Emmy nominations. She just received the Icon Award at this year’s Billboard Music Awards and her latest hit, “Made for Now,” with Daddy Yankee debuted on top of the iTunes charts.
