Harrison Teacher Heather Jensen has been selected as the 2018 Elementary English Teacher of the Year by The Michigan Council of Teachers of English. Jensen teaches 5th grade at Hillside Elementary and has been there 25 years. Hillside Principal Andrea Andera said Jensen’s attitude of creating positive change is why she get the award.
