Crews have recovered a body of a female, from Bear Lake, over the weekend! The Manistee County Sheriff says 66-year-old Carolyn Skaff of Frankfort was found a little after 9:30 Saturday morning. Crews say she was not wearing a lifejacket, while windsurfing on Friday afternoon. An investigation into the cause of her death, is underway.
