Judge Judy Sheindlin has sealed the deal on a Newport, Rhode Island mansion going for $9-million. According to Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service records, this was their most expensive home purchased this year in the area. The previous owner was Dorrance Hamilton, the heiress to the Campbell Soup fortune and a philanthropist who founded the SVF Foundation in Newport. The 9,719-square-foot crib has a two-story entrance hall and living room has a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with coastal views. The home also has custom windows and doors, an elevator and radiant heated floors.
