Mother nature is not done with her wintry anger yet. A winter storm watch has been issued for much of the mid-Michigan area. Mt. Pleasant and other mid-Michigan communities may see an elevated risk of flooding as rain, snow and sleet could be heavy at times through the weekend. Ice is also expected with gusty winds which could lead to power outages.
