A Fulton Township clerk has put in her resignation letter after it was discovered she didn’t live there. Elected to the position in 2016, Karri Bouchard-Elenbaum was serving a 4 year term but it is not known when she moved out of the township or where to.The township board will have to take a vote to accept the resignation.
