The Weinstein Company, Harvey Weinstein’s production company, has filed for bankruptcy. The company’s assets will be sold to an equity film in Dallas in an agreement made Monday night. Because of this, the agreements previously made that required for employees to remain silent about Weinstein’s behavior are now lifted. As for now, over 70 women have come forward accusing Weinstein for sexual misconduct.
