A snack rack urinator is on the loose. Police in Mt. Pleasant are looking for a male between the ages of 18 and 25 who was caught on video urinating on a rack of snacks at the Shell station on Broomfield and Mission last Friday night. Investigators estimate the incident caused about $100 in damage.
