A Clare County Man is headed to jail, and a dog gets a new home with the Clare Police Chief. Joshua Aaron Hook admitted to abusing his dog and is facing 39 months in prison for it along with other charges for resisting arrest and more. Remi, the dog, was treated at Clare Animal Hospital and was officially adopted by Clare Police Chief Brian Gregory.
