David Keilitz was awarded the Mt. Pleasant Area Chamber of Commerce’s Citizen of the Year award SATURDAY during the chamber’s awards. Keilitz is a board member with the Mt. Pleasant Area Community Foundation Board of Trustees. Criteria for selecting the winner includes promoting Mt. Pleasant in ways that reach beyond the city.
