Two people are in critical condition after a serious crash in Mecosta County. The Mecosta County Sheriff’s Office says a pickup truck was traveling just south of Remus Sunday when it tried to make a U-turn after pulling onto 5 Mile Road. A tractor trailer then hit it broadside. The two people in the pickup truck were airlifted, both in critical condition. The driver of the tractor trailer had minor injuries.
