Isabella County’s first female prosecutor is resigning to take a job with the state Attorney General’s Office. Risa Hunt-Scully’s resignation is effective Feb. 23. the prosecutor spot is not up for election until 2020, SO Isabella County Circuit Court Judges Paul Chamberlain and Mark Duthie will appoint Hunt-Scully’s replacement, who will fill the seat in between elections.
