A Clare County man will spend more than 15 years in federal prison for coercing young girls into sending him nude photos of themselves. Derek Chapman of Harrison convinced a 14-year-old girl he met on the messaging app Kik to send him nude pictures of herself. He also threatened to report her to Child Protective Services if she didn’t send the pictures.
