A Traverse City man who admitted to writing fraudulent prescriptions is headed to jail. Mark Brewster was sentenced to 10 months behind bars, after pleading guilty to writing more than 150 fake prescriptions between 2006-2015, in the names of 7 different people, including his girlfriends children. He was also ordered to pay restitution to Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of Michigan. His Girlfriend Nicole Aiello, plead guilty to aiding and abetting. She’ll be sentenced on January 5th.
