Construction is underway on a new Taco Bell restaurant in Mt Pleasant. The second location of the popular fast food joint will be on East Pickard Road, across the street from the Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel. Union Township officials originally approved the plan to build the restaurant in February.
