A Clare County judge ordered a Harrison man to spend 25 to 50 years in prison for raping a girl younger than 13. Circuit Judge Roy Mienk also ordered John Engel to a lifetime of GPS monitoring. A jury found Engel guilty on November 29th. He remains in Clare County Jail awaiting transfer.
